Role Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Leader to oversee and drive successful project execution from initiation through completion. The Project Leader will lead the team, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, goals, scope, and timelines aligned with organizational strategy.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate the project team to ensure task completion and collaboration.
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders and management.
- Monitor project progress and performance; adjust plans as necessary.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met and deliverables satisfy requirements.
- Manage change control processes and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Prepare regular project reports and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project leadership or management roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve problems efficiently.
- Qualification Masters in Chemistry or Doctorate in Chemistry
